Communication Through Drama is an interactive activity where participants use drama and acting techniques to improve their communication skills. It helps people express themselves better, understand body language, and connect with others more effectively. Through role-playing and performances, participants gain confidence in both verbal and non-verbal communication. How? Participants are divided into small groups and given scenarios to act out. Each scenario focuses on different communication challenges, such as expressing emotions, handling conflicts, or delivering messages. After performing, the group discusses what they learned, with guidance from a facilitator to ensure everyone benefits from the exercise.  

“Connect with New Age Employees” is a program designed to bridge the gap between traditional workplace practices and the needs of modern employees. This initiative focuses on understanding the values and expectations of today’s workforce. How? The program includes workshops and discussions that explore topics like work flexibility, mental health support, and career development. Leaders and employees engage in open conversations to share insights and ideas.        

Mocktail Masterchef is a fun, hands-on activity where participants create their own delicious and creative non-alcoholic drinks, or “mocktails.” This engaging competition allows participants to showcase their creativity and teamwork while learning about different flavours and ingredients. How? Participants are divided into teams and provided with various ingredients, such as fruits, juices, herbs, and syrups. They must work together to mix and blend these ingredients to create unique and flavorful mocktails. The drinks are then judged based on taste, presentation, and creativity, with prizes awarded to the best teams.

Why: Ramp Walk celebrates creativity, ingenuity, and a willingness to have fun. It fosters confidence, humor, and lighthearted team competition. How: Provide recycled materials (newspaper, cardboard, plastic). Set a time limit for design, then hold a runway show with teams presenting their creations.
