Teams attempt to assemble a tent with some members blindfolded. This relies heavily on clear instructions, trust, and patience as participants overcome the obstacle of limited vision. Why? This activity highlights the importance of clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to trust in teammates for guidance. It promotes empathy and a greater appreciation for collaboration. How?   Provide a tent and blindfolds.  Designate some members as “guides” and others as “builders.” The goal is for the team to successfully erect the tent with the builders working while blindfolded.
